I went here today, looking for live Christmas trees and plants, and not only was I overwhelmed by the amount of different plants and trees that they carry but also the service was incredible, from everyone who helped me on the floor to Eden, who checked me out. I can’t recommend this store enough!
I don’t remember the last time I walked into a store and someone genuinely wanted to help. Collette was so kind and patient with me. I explained what I wanted and she grabbed the cart and helped me pick out everything I needed for my planters. She even helped me lay out the design and told me how to care for them. So thankful for her!
We had just completed an exterior renovation of our home and had taken out almost all the 40 yr old plants along the front in the process. After having their front yard done, a neighbor recommended we go visit Joy at Pikes. I am so glad we did! Joy was a joy to work with. She filled all the empty space with beautiful plants with different textures and bloom times to give interest and color through all the seasons. Install was done through Pikes yesterday. It all looks beautiful now but can’t wait to see how everything comes together in the next year! I would definitely recommend using Joy and Pikes for your next project!

I had a large project (landscaping the whole yard) so this was my first time going through the design center. I simply can’t say enough good things about Brian Albini and his work on this project. We met on the site, described what I wanted to do, colors and plants we liked and then he went to work. He came back with a detailed plan that took all these things into consideration. His knowledge of plants and design is nothing short of amazing. The other bonus is that he lives near the site and noticed one of the trees we had to remove and changed the type of plants based on the new sun/shade profile.
He was on the job site before the crew showed up. We walked through everything and they got to work. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!

Couldn’t be happier with the advice and information I received along with all the help and even an offer to get me a cart to hold all of my beautiful purchases. Everything is so healthy and looks amazing in my new pots. Lidia and Melanie are absolute superstars! Thrilled to see such awesome customer service these days with employees who enjoy their jobs and know their stuff! I can’t wait for spring (or let’s be honest) even my next houseplant craving to come back!
Joy helped us design our front yard and Pikes did the install. Joy is truly a joy to work with- she's the plant mom I never had! She is knowledgable and practical! Our house finally has a cohesive look and we love all of our new plants babies. 10/10 would recommend Joy and Pikes!
Joy, one of the amazing design consultants at this location, was a literal joy to work with!! We went to the store to re-do our front landscaping and had no idea where to begin. We met with Joy and showed her pictures of our house and told her what types of plants we didn’t want and she did the rest! She took us around the store and told us what would look good, what would work with the amount of sun we get, and how much we needed of each to fill our space while helping us stay mindful of cost. Do yourselves a favor and meet with Joy the next time you visit this store! We will be doing our backyard next and can’t wait to work with her again!
I am from Omaha, NE my son and his wife live in Roswell and loves this nursery. I wanted to buy a nice plant for their Anniversary so I called Pikes and Joy took my call. Joy, was really nice and helpful and didn’t skip a beat to creat a beautiful winter arrangement for my son and his wife. I worked with Joy over the phone to create the perfect design that would be a win!
When talking to Joy over the phone I could tell she had a smile and she loves what she does and she aims to please!
